Which bulb do I need?
It’s listed on the product page: the fitting (E27, E14, GU10, etc.) and maximum wattage. Choose warm or cool light yourself — that’s what sets the mood. We recommend LED for lower running costs and a longer lifespan.
Is this light dimmable?
It depends on the model and the bulb. It’s always stated on the product page. If it’s dimmable, we say so. If it isn’t, we say that too. No vague “may be dimmable” answers.
How do I choose the right size and placement?
Above a dining table: 60–75cm above the tabletop usually works best. Too low and it blocks your view; too high and it loses its purpose. For other rooms: the dimensions are on the product page — measure your space and check it fits. That’s all there is to it.
Do the colour and material match the photos?
We photograph in natural light, without filters. What you see is what you get. Do bear in mind: your choice of bulb affects how the light looks — warm white creates a different mood to cool white.
Is it easy to install?
Table and floor lamps: plug in and you’re done. Wall and ceiling lights: standard fitting with clear instructions. If you’re not experienced with electrics, do call an electrician — it’s simply the sensible thing to do.
