Return & Refund Policy

1. Return conditions

Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, in their original packaging with all parts, bulbs and accessories, and returned with your order number.

2. Items that can't be returned

• Pillows, pillowcases, mattress protectors and other bedding that has been opened or used.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked "Final sale" on the product page.

If one of these arrives damaged or defective, section 5 still applies.

3. How to return

1. Email contact@yulvane.com with your order number, the items and the reason.
2. Within 1 business day we send you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off within 7 days of receiving the label. Returns go to: 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We can't process returns sent to any other address.

4. Refunds

We inspect your return within 2 business days of receiving it and email you the result.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay) within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take 5–10 more business days.

Shipping is free, so nothing is deducted, and there is no restocking fee.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email photos to contact@yulvane.com within 7 days of delivery.

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to return a damaged item unless we ask.

6. Exchanges

Return the item under section 3 and place a new order for the one you want. The original item is refunded under section 4.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

8. Warranty

All products have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. It doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation or accidental damage. To claim, email your order number with photos or a video of the problem; we'll repair, replace or refund the item.
